Using the sun's light to generate electric power
Photovoltaics are best known as a method for generating electric power by using solar cells to convert energy from the sun into electricity.
How does it work?
Solar cells produce direct-current (DC) electricity from sun light, which can be used to power equipment or to recharge a battery. Today the majority of photovoltaic modules are used for grid-connected power generation. In this case an inverter is required to convert the DC to AC. You could connect your PV system with the power grid of your electric supplier or you take an island solution where you storage your produced electric energy in batteries to reuse it afterwards. We offer small residential systems up to 10 kW for roof installation, but there are also bigger commercial systems available which can be installed ground-mounted. Once your system is in service it works fully automatic and is nearly maintenance free.| Module Dimensions | 64.96" X 39.05" X 1.81" |
